Bruno Pasquinelli

Creative Director

Bruno is one of the founders of Slandercast Studio and the Creative Lead for Morningtide Motel. As a designer, he specialize in transmedia experiences such as ARGs (alternate reality games), LARPs, and more! Eren Slifker

Programmer/Sound Designer

Eren Slifker (they/them) is a game designer and composer, and is the lead programmer and sound designer on Morningtide Motel. A composer, multi-instrumentalist, video editor, audio engineer, graphic designer, baker, and educator, Eren loves combining their wide range of interests and creative practices to create meaningful interactive and digital experiences. Isaac Berman

Producer

Isaac  is a recent graduate (math, CS, MAAD) heading rapidly towards the game industry in programming and/or production. He has a passion for buying games on Steam sales and then waiting 3 years to play them -- he spends most of his time speedrunning Celeste or playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection on his phone anyways. Summer Cramer

Writer

Summer Cramer is a nonfiction writer excited to debut her dialogue skills in Morningtide Motel! She loves to explore genres like poetry and interactive fiction. Through testing the boundaries of how writing intersects with identity, she strives to connect with her readers and make them laugh. Outside of writing and gaming, she loves to play piano, swim, and make slime. 

Ashley Dai

Marketing/Production Assistant

Ashley is a recent graduate from the University of Chicago and an incoming Masters in Management student at the Booth School of Business where she will specialize in Marketing Management. She serves as both a production assistant on the team as well as a marketer. She has a keen interest in marketing and advertising within the gaming industry, and enjoys being able to marry her interests in game development with with her passion for marketing and planning. Adam Frison

Programmer

Silvia Guevara-Martinez

Artist

Silvia Guevara-Martinez (she/they) is a Computer Science and Media Arts and Design double major going into their third year at the University of Chicago. She primarily does 2D art and animation, but is always searching for new opportunities to grow her skills as an artist (and programmer). Nora Jovine

Artist

Nora is an artist, animator, crafter, and vocaloid enthusiast. They adore every aspect of animation and bringing cute creepy characters to life. As a creative they adore bringing mixed medias together to create interesting visual depth and take allot of inspiration from the visuals of traditional animation. They also adore writing, reading, and making visual novels and can often be found browsing itch for their next kick! Check out more of her work here!

Elle Thompson

Art Director

Elle Thompson is a storyteller and artist whose work explores the art of unbinding narratives from genres and media. Her work has taken many forms, including horror anthologies, video games, interactive fiction, science-fiction screenplays, and an online bestiary of 3D models. Last year, she worked as an artist for At Winter’s End, a cozy narrative RPG published on Steam. Now, she is proud to serve as Art Director for Morningtide Motel. Her main focus and fascination lie in character design as she hopes to become a character artist for video games and animated media. She believes characters are the heart and soul of a story, and their design can change the tone, impact, and immersion of any narrative.
